Forensic Science at Big Ideas Woodford Children's Festival

We worked with 5 suspect parents and 25 youngsters to test fingerprints, footprints, bite shape on a cheese slice, spatter patterns of sauce on a plate, pen ink chromatography and after sorting through the evidence and all youngsters collecting data from all suspects, it came down to a hung trial and we went to a lie detector. The layout of the forensic labs was a sight to behold, and suspect parenting is fun at Woodford.
