Ocarina making after dark in China

In Dali in Yunnan province China working with facilitators ( supporting orphans with AIDS ) sharing the wisdom of making Ocarinas with children. Described roughly as using dirt (clay ) and rubbish (old popsicle sticks, straws, chop sticks, skewers, toothpicks ) we make musical instruments of haunting sounds. Ninety minutes well spent working with clay to make ocarinas, with some amazing people. 5000 years ago clay Xun were made as a precursor to the ocarina so they have been around for some time in China.
