DRUM MAKING

Student groups are provided with all tools, prepared timber and instruction to complete over 70 drums during normal class times during a week.

Participants worked with timber, wood glue, hammers, nails, screws and sand paper. Facilitators demonstrated basic woodworking techniques. Once the drums were completed participants were instructed on how to perform a short routine as a group.
